Our name carries this mission: ‘37’ marks the year the first HBCU was founded in 1837, while ‘& Co.’ honors all the HBCUs that followed, each contributing to a powerful legacy of excellence, pride, and progress.

Jackie and Jayda, the mother-daughter team behind 37 & Co., live the legacy they honor. As graduates of Florida A&M University and Howard University, they experienced firsthand the power of HBCUs to transform lives, build community, and instill pride in carrying your story forward.
